It is a portion of Isaiah. I am not sure where this particular manuscript is kept. I found this image using google pictures and I can't seem to find it now. I will keep looking and I hope to have an answer a bit later in the week.

The pic is sure small enough . . . you can get some bigger images through several online databases, which don't (I think) show up via Google. Try the Duke Papyrus Archive (http://scriptorium.lib.duke.edu/papyrus/) and searching for "papyrology," "archive," and such.
